Let’s Loosen Fear’s Hold On Your Story.
Trauma therapy for ages 16+.
Overthinking, avoidance, or feeling on edge…
Those are just a few ways fear manifests that may strike a chord with you. While fear is an important survival instinct that has its place, it doesn’t always recognize when the danger has passed… so it returns. Again and again.
Maybe part of you knows you’re okay, while another part feels skeptical. Knowing you are safe enough ≠ feeling safe enough. That inner conflict can be so exhausting.

I work with fear that overstays its welcome.
In therapy together, we build a relationship with the fear rather than trying to combat it. This may involve noticing when it surfaces, becoming curious about what it’s reacting to, and noticing sensations in your body (at your pace).
As you progress in therapy, your nervous system can begin to understand it doesn’t have to stay on guard 24/7. This doesn’t necessarily mean fear will be completely gone, but it often becomes less intense.
