55 - minute session

Extended or Intensive EMDR Sessions (for 90, 120,150, 180 minutes) must be mutually agreed upon & are priced as:

$190 for 90-minutes

$260 for 120-minutes

$320 for 150-minutes

$380 for 180-minutes

A Note on Insurance

My private practice is self-pay. For those seeking to use insurance, I also see clients through Legacy Trails Therapy (LTT) , which is the same address in Frisco, where select plans are accepted under supervisory billing.

We accept some, but not all of the following:

  • Blue Cross Blue Shield (unfortunately, we do not take Anthem or Magellan)

  • Aetna

  • Optum

  • Oscar

  • Meritain

  • Surest

  • UMR

  • United Healthcare plans
