In addition to seeing clients in Texas, I offer telehealth therapy to Colorado residents as a Licensed Professional Counselor Candidate (LPCC), under supervision of Dr. Robyn Flores, LMFT-S, ACS.

Yes. Because Inner Archive Therapy is a boutique practice, all new clients begin with a free 15–20 minute consultation.
My work is especially focused on complex trauma, dissociation, chronic pain/illness, religious and/or institutional betrayal trauma, ADHD, autism, and AuDHD. I’m neurodivergent myself, and my therapeutic style is intentionally a little unconventional. It has been described as creative and refreshingly different from more standard therapy spaces, which means it may be exactly what you’re looking for, or not your cup of tea.
The consultation gives us a chance to make sure my approach and scope of practice match what you need. It is not an intake or a request to unpack your whole history, but more of a vibe check.
You can schedule a consultation through the Services or About page by clicking a brown Book button.

The first session is mainly about getting oriented.
You can expect:
A quick but clear review of informed consent and logistics
Space to talk more about what’s bringing you in
Questions that help me understand patterns, stress, history, and context
Initial goal-setting, even if those goals feel fuzzy
A gentle pace. We are not excavating your worst trauma on day one
If you’re interested in EMDR or parts work, we can talk about what that might look like. Early sessions are focused on understanding what’s happening and building enough stability before doing deeper processing.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
Effective September 12, 2026Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.
Late cancellations:
Late cancellations are charged the full session fee.
If you are sick, having an acute chronic-illness flare, or experiencing an emergency, please do not attend. Let me know as soon as reasonably possible. Related late-cancellation fees may be waived at my discretion; notice after a missed appointment does not guarantee a waiver.
If a fee is waived due to illness, an acute chronic-illness flare, or an emergency, it does not use your annual waiver.
Each client receives one no-questions-asked late-cancellation fee waiver per calendar year. This waiver applies only when you communicate that you cannot attend; it does not apply to no-shows.
No-shows and late arrivals:
A no-show means you do not attend without explanation. No-shows are charged the full session fee.
If you expect to be late, please let me know as soon as possible. With prior communication, a shortened session may still be possible. The full session fee still applies, and appointments cannot be extended beyond their scheduled end time.
Arriving 15 minutes or more late without prior communication forfeits the appointment and is charged the full session fee.
If late cancellations, missed sessions, or lateness become frequent, we will discuss whether a different appointment time or treatment arrangement is needed. Continued attendance concerns may affect the availability of a standing appointment time.
How to contact me:
Use the client portal or send a text to cancel or reschedule. If you call, please leave a brief voicemail with your name and reason for calling. I do not save client phone numbers in my contacts for privacy and communication-boundary reasons.

I operate a self-pay private practice. However, I also provide services through Legacy Trails Therapy, where I’m able to accept select insurance plans under supervisory billing. We accept many plans, however, the few spots I have for insurance clients are currently full, as of August 28, 2026.
Self-pay rates for therapy through Inner Archive are available, though.

I keep a limited number of insurance-based appointments through Legacy Trails so I can continue offering them sustainably.
After Legacy Trails’ administrative and billing split, I make less than $60 on average per insurance session. About one-third of that must be set aside for self-employment taxes, leaving roughly $40 per session before other practice expenses, unpaid administrative time, training, supervision, consultation, and time off.
Therapists also do not typically see 40 clients each week in the way many full-time jobs involve 40 hours of direct work. Therapy requires preparation, documentation, care coordination, ongoing training, and the emotional bandwidth to be fully present, especially when working with trauma and other high-acuity concerns. I also live with chronic illness, so maintaining a sustainable schedule is important to my ability to offer attentive care over time. I maintain a maximum caseload of 23 client sessions per week.
I’m glad to offer a small number of in-network appointments for clients who need that access. Limiting those spots helps keep that option available without making my work financially unsustainable or contributing to burnout.

At Legacy Trails Therapy (LTT), clients are asked to provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling requests.
Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in a $100 cancellation fee. In emergency situations, the therapist may offer an alternative appointment within two (2) days to reschedule without the cancellation fee being charged.
If you are more than 10 minutes late for your appointment, your session may be considered a no-show and the remainder of the scheduled appointment time may be forfeited.
Unless otherwise arranged through a written and verbal payment agreement, unpaid balances remaining for more than thirty (30) days may result in termination of services and closure of the client file. Outstanding balances may be referred to a collections agency for payment processing. Information shared with the collections agency may include the client’s name, address, phone number, dates of service, and balance owed.

Good Faith Estimate
You have the right to receive a "Good Faith Estimate" explaining how much your healthcare will cost. Under the law, healthcare providers need to give patients who don't have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services.
You can ask me for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule a service or during your free 20 - minute consult call.
If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill. Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.
For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises.
